Marketing Development Manager
CurrentVisit all boutiques on a regular basis to assess company and competitor performance and market development. Boutique visits include: review of boutique staff, assessment of staff skills, review of boutique furniture and assets, review of inventory, discussion of sales performance and trends, review of VIP database and customer trends, review of general mall and competitor developments, review of compliance.Submit detailed trip reports for all market visits. Ensure retail boutique staff are using the customer database correctly and recording customer and sales information correctly. Review VIP customer data and make recommendations to the Senior Regional Manager regarding the VIP program.Proactively build, maintain and grow the local VIP customer base.
