We are the authorized Distributors for – 1) Nestle India Ltd.2) Johnson and Johnson India Ltd.• We are having all kinds of licenses to operate the business like Food License, Drug License etc.• We have a warehousing facility of 5000 sq ft within the city limits• We distribute the stocks to more than 2500 retail and wholesale outlets.• We have well trained staff to handle all kinds of operations like sales, purchase, computing, warehousing, logistics etc.• All the operations are computerized. Example – purchase is done through auto order generation module and sales are done via hand held device software i.e. in the mobiles of the salesman.• We have dedicated delivery vehicles along with staff to take care of stock delivery.

Job Profile:•Successfully handle the projects and MIS for the entire state of Maharashtra•Solely manage the distribution operations for the Vidarbha Region and other parts in Central India•Prepare and successfully manage the distribution operations MIS for 5 states•Successfully managing the queries of the sales agents of six spokes and branches of the centralized hub branch•Efficiently and timely handled end-to-end service related activities for customers and advisors•Successfully handle underwriting of new policies (having 5 Lacs Limit) and also the database management•Supervise team members, monitor their activities, review their performance and guide them in improving their performance•Conduct proper analysis and provide the same in the MIS which facilitated reduction of discrepancies in various functions at the offices in the entire state•Presented comparative MIS reports of the entire zone which helped in bringing about improvement of performance of the state
