Effective Schools Senior Technical Advisor (ESSTA) Program Planning, Implementation, and Coordination• Provide input into the conceptual and strategic framework for School Based Reform / SBR• Participate in the development of the ERP Annual Work plan for SBR • Ensure that field-based implementation plans reflect documented best practice in SBR • Lead the process for developing assessment guidelines and tools for school improvement planning• Coordinate with the… Show more Effective Schools Senior Technical Advisor (ESSTA) Program Planning, Implementation, and Coordination• Provide input into the conceptual and strategic framework for School Based Reform / SBR• Participate in the development of the ERP Annual Work plan for SBR • Ensure that field-based implementation plans reflect documented best practice in SBR • Lead the process for developing assessment guidelines and tools for school improvement planning• Coordinate with the Community Participation Division to provide assistance to SBR teams • Provide capacity building to ERP field staff so that they implement program activities effectively and to a high standard of quality• Assure quality of technical materials developed in the field as needed/requested• Provide input and support to the M&E Division for tracking progress on achieving SBR impacts• Provide input as requested to employee performance reviews at the Cairo and governorate level• Encourage cross-governorate and cross-divisional planning and collaboration• Respond to field office requests for technical assistance in support of SBR• Take on other tasks in support of ERP’s mandate as needed.Collaboration with Stakeholders • Participate in meetings with current national-level partners (including, but not limited to, CDIST, NCEEE, MOE, and CCIMD) • Participate as requested in national-level committees and to support SBR• Develop relationships with other national-level partners working to support SBR .Monitoring, Documentation and Reporting• Provide input and support for field implementation of assessments for tracking program outcomes and impact• Encourage and document innovations across governorates that improve SBR• Coordinate with field offices across governorates to ensure lessons and experiences with SBR are documented,• Review quarterly reports from the field and contribute to the ERP quarterly report for SBR Show less
