I joined Mobile Mentor in a desktop support capacity assisting the IT manager with desktop support as well as tier 2 support for our "mobile mentors". My role evolved to include professional services around BlackBerry and Air-Watch where I began to specialise in the Mobile Device Management / Enterprise Mobility and Management (MDM / EMM) space.
