As a current MBA student and a recent HR intern at Oriental Plants & Equipments Private Limited (OPEL), I have gained valuable experience and skills in human resource management and marketing strategy. OPEL is a leading provider of plants and equipments for various industries, and I was excited to work with its dynamic and diverse team.During my one-month internship, I contributed to various HR and marketing projects, such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, marketing plans, and campaigns. I applied my creativity, communication, and teamwork abilities, as well as my knowledge of human resources, strategic human resource planning, and marketing strategy. I also learned from the feedback and guidance of my mentors and colleagues. I am looking for an opportunity to further develop my HR and marketing skills, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
