- Created and customized sexual violence prevention content for schools, non-profits, businesses, parents, educators and community members; Used anti oppression framework to center voices of identities most impacted by the issue- Co-led and trained new prevention facilitators with a 90 hour training; Scaled up new facilitators through an intentional process of co-facilitation, observation and feedback.- Updated and created new trainings drawing from feedback and primary prevention best practices.- Supervised 7 team members.
