I've been working in IQSS Campus, Kozhikode for about 3 years, even before completing my Mechanical Engineering degree. Being a Mechanical Engineer and choosing civil field was definitely an Alien approach for me, but after joining IQSS, under the guidance of my mentor cum Managing Director of IQSS Campus, Mr. Sudhi Kuniyil, I've really transformed to a Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor. Working under him, I went on study and research the indepths of Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Autocad, MS Office, etc to become an excellent faculty for the institute. Under him, he also trained me to become an excellent administrator and negotiator for the institute. This institute made me a better professional as well as a better human being.
