• Responsible for the coordination between First Advantage and Client SPOC for initiating background verification. • Point of contact for document submission.• Follow up with candidates/client for pending documents. • Keeping Client updated on the status of the pending BGV cases.• Maintaining MIS / daily reports.• Proactive updates to clients on issues, concerns, challenges in the verification process.• Adherence to security policies of FADV and Client.
