- Member of a team of 3 responsible for all operation & maintenance activities of the Packet Core Network comprising SGSN (Huawei), GGSN (Huawei), DNS, firewalls (Checkpoint/Huawei), WAP Gateways, MMSC etc. in the entire Mumbai hub- Collaborated across national and international operators, configured inter-PLMN routes on firewalls, routers, DNS and Border Gateway, and successfully performed end-to-end testing per IR.21 & IR.35 specifications for establishment of 73 national & international inbound/outbound roaming tie-ups- Monitored alarms and various network interfaces for congestion by performing root cause analysis of logs. Eliminated bottlenecks by reprovisioning resources, carrying out link expansions and brought a significant improvement in user experience- Owned the Real-time Data Charging & Billing System, conducted bimonthly audits for revenue leakages and implemented solutions to arrest revenue losses worth 10 million INR- APN list configuration for Internet, WAP, MMS & Blackberry APNs on the GGSN. IP pool addressing on GGSN, DHCP and DNS configurations- Member of a group of 3 to maintain network (packet core) KPI for adherence to ISO standards- Configured several data products and VAS products on the Online Charging System (OCS).- Performed customer data profile reconciliation of the Subscriber Profile Repository in the data billing system vis-à-vis subscriber profile database in the Intelligent Network (IN) biannually
