We are on a mission to facilitate peer to peer learning so that anyone anywhere can learn anything from anyone.To enable peer to peer learning, we are building an app where students can search, review, book, and pay tutors through a two way rating system.This means students are able to get on-demand help from tutors that know the material, whilst tutors are able to make extra income and get to set their own hours.We're here to learn. - Commercial law- Corporate law- Property law and - Wills, estates & probate. - I actively serviced individual clients, medium to large-sized businesses and consulted to start-up tech companies, including ALOKI. - Prepared commercial contracts & agreements (including shareholder agreements), website terms and conditions, supplier service agreements and privacy policies for various start-up businesses- I have also had experience in advising on various employment law issues for these businesses (including ALOKI), such as restraint of trade clauses and sham contracting- Prepared contracts for the sale of various businesses (these businesses varied in their nature from medium to large-sized companies through to franchises), and managed the process from exchange through to completion - I prepared and advised on Term Sheets and Shareholder Agreements for ALOKI and managed the preparation of share documents accordingly. I am also the preferred legal consultant for ALOKI - Prepared, reviewed and advised on both NSW & QLD residential and commercial contracts for the sale of land (including off-the-plan and existing properties) for individual clients, and managed the conveyancing process from exchange of contracts through to completion- Reviewed and prepared family law documents such as binding financial agreements and application for consent orders and managed property settlement from start through to completion

Responsible for building strong business relationships with new and existing clients through business development and marketing campaigns

Responsible for contacting all inbound leads within 5 minutes, building rapport over the phone, gauging their interest by identifying goals and needs, and setting up meetings with sales consultants

My role was to receive requests for patient information from The Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) for the protection of a child, and to then disseminate that information to FACS. - Received and processed requests for patient information in accordance with child protection legislation - Analysed the appropriateness of the request and its’ relevance to child protection. This required a detailed understanding of the current legislation on child protection and the Hospital’s policies on patient confidentiality Achievements: - Established an administrative system to ensure all requests for patient information were processed efficiently and by the due date. This had been developed for the first time for the Hospital, resulting in a 100% increase in all completed requests (including the backlog of requests and all new requests)
