I assisted Store Managers in achieving the highest sales possible in their store whilst ensuring an efficient and cooperative working environment, excellent customer service, consistent store standards, tightly controlled inventory and robust due diligence. After spending time in stores, I then conducted project work:- It was my responsibility to audit 34 stores in the region before deploying a large transformation project that would allow departments to communicate to one another and orders to be generated automatically.- I worked collaboratively with fellow Industrial Placements on projects to maximise sales, improve the customer experience, improve in-store health & safety and improve the availability of stock with the region.
