I am a director of ESG at Pacific Equity Partners and former corporate M&A and private equity lawyer. I have helped transition large scale organisations to new ownership, advised on a broad range of organisational strategies including ESG initiatives, organisational culture and sustainable finance. I have also advised a broad range of clients, across various sectors, on a wide range of commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, shareholder relations, due diligence as well as providing corporate, ESG, regulatory and technology advice.
