Main duties included NPD, nutritional analysis, chocolate and ice cream production, revamping and updating the company website and creating social media sites. Assisted with the marketing and directing of the Chocolate Academy Relaunch.NPD - gained two gold star awards in the Great Taste Awards 2014 for a blueberry frozen yoghurt and a passionfruit ice cream.Lead and supported with children’s parties, holiday workshops and school visits. Responsible for the company during managerial holidays and supervised other members of staff.

Predominantly involved with NPD tasks, nutritional analysis, labelling legislation & regulation, assisting with SALSA, devising company newsletters, administration tasks and food production. Regularly attended farmers markets and shows to promote products and increase sales. Involved setting up/taking down equipment, liaising with customers, negotiating sales and tendering money. Responsible for the company during managerial holidays and supervised other members of staff.
