If I want it done, it will happen. I had three primary career goals as a child: to publish a novel, to model, and to have a career I loved. I completed all three by my early 20s and continually develop new goals I will conquer. Life is short and the world is my oyster.I was an extremely quiet and shy child, and throughout middle and high school was belittled by peers to the point of nearly losing my life. Because of this, I made my life goals clear as a child and immediately started working on them so I would quickly rise above those who once thought I was nothing. This remains my greatest motivation. To quote my latest bestseller, "The best form of revenge is success."I have worked in the real estate industry since 2004, the creative writing industry since 2010 (writing since 1992), yoga/fitness industry since 2021, food forestry/agriculture since 2021, and have dabbled in many other industries such as warehouse operations, medical, government, banking, information technology, and commercial modeling. I am addicted to productivity and strongly believe in diversifying and having multiple income streams; thus, I am usually working on at least two major projects at once. If you have worked with me in any industry at any point, feel free to send me a request to connect. I am willing to connect with past tenants, readers of my books, fellow published authors, fellow real estate professionals, literature professionals (graphic designers, cover artists, editors, proofreaders, ad agencies, publishers), yoga professionals/peers/students, and students/professors from SNHU. Requests for recommendations will be seriously considered. My greatest non-professional interests: history (particularly military, medieval, and ancient), food forestry, agriculture, video games, finance, vehicles (planes/trains/automobiles), veganism, and sciences (horticulture, climate, astronomy, and more). Feel free to invite me to related groups or spark up conversation about shared interests!
