I manage a team of 14 maths and English lecturers delivering a variety of functional skills and GCSEs. I conduct regular in-depth analysis of English and maths data for report purposes and data analysis on students’ progress. I manage all in house training for our busy Business Administration Department based in Portsmouth. Additionally I teach maths, English and ICT functional skills, technical certificates in Customer Service and Business Administration up to level 3 and deliver a Pre Apprenticeship programme in Business Administration.My role also includes working with external agencies in the local area to ensure that the individual needs of the learners are met.
