• Manage and lead a team of OS&P staff in the delivery and implementation of services and programs to offenders and remandees within allocated correctional centres.• Oversee case management processes within allocated correctional centres.• Manage and coordinate by effectively deploying Offender Services & Programs staff to assist delivery of accredited programs for offenders at community corrections locations.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Lead, manage and provide guidance to Offender Services & Programs staff within a given OS&P cluster. • Analyse and identify offender and remandee needs and implement plans to meet targets for services and programs delivery within correctional centres, and specifically for program delivery in community correctional locations within the given cluster.• Manage resources optimally and economically across the cluster in response to offender needs whilst providing effective professional supervision and ensuring continuity of high standard quality services.• Monitor trends in service delivery and identify and manage operational issues affecting or likely to affect the consistent and timely delivery of services and programs.• Provide direction and guidance to staff of all disciplines involved in case management processes.• Monitor and support the development of Offender Services and Programs staff.• Liaise with relevant custodial General Managers, Community Corrections Managers and Senior *Psychologists to resolve operational issues and to support whole of sentence case management strategies in cluster locations.
