My role was to advise our domestic US and international multi-lingual members for tourism travel to both domestic US and international destinations. I organized the member selected travels from beginning to end, coordinating bookings for tickets, accommodations, and all other travel arrangements for a complete travel package. In this position, I collected required deposits, other payments as appropriate, and handled unforeseen issues, complaints and determined the eligibility for refunds. I attended webinars and conferences to keep current with tourism trends, developed promotional techniques and prepared literature to provide members with excellent customer service.
