Assign tasks to team members, monitor tasks' progress, submit performance reports and supervise the marketing team to hit its goals.7. Conduct general market research to keep current on trends and competitors' marketing movements.8. Responsible for producing valuable content for Kangertech's online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company's publications.

The key person to organize China International Hemp Industry Forum, with over 500 attendees from China and abroad, CIHIF has become the biggest hemp forum ever held in the world. Closely worked with the organizer Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences (HAAS) for the whole forum arrangement. Explored the market in the US, made market survey, invited foreign keynote speakers, did online market campaign, had a very intensive and challenging team work stage. But it was a very interesting project, I enjoyed it.
