- Guided the company’s Supply Chain through the Covid-19 pandemic, keeping products in stock despite record congestion and delays and establishing routine operations for this. Established a warehouse for fulfillment and personally fulfilled thousands of orders when Amazon FBA services shut down for several months due to the pandemic.- Additionally managed the company’s Quality Control inspections and product quality, as well as all Social Media platforms.- Also continued to operate as the Packaging Design Manager during this time.
