Part-time entrepreneurial endeavor.For each client, I prepare and present event brief presentations, working within the client's budgets of between $30,000 to $100,000. Upon finalizing the vision, I develop all event logistics, coordinating with a network of vendors. Finally, I run the event on the day, coordinating all operations and calmly problem solving as issues arise. As a sole proprietor, I run all aspects of the business, from managing marketing strategies to overseeing accounting and sales functions.

Directed the Food & Beverage department, reporting directly to the General Manager. I supervised a team of 10 servers in a busy restaurant, whilst simultaneously managing the setup of function spaces and ensuring a seamless execution of events.
