    I managed a broad project portfolio working with C-Suite Executives, the Main Board and the Charity Board. Although the projects were varied, they all required an exceptional focus on designing innovative solutions and implementing without disruption to trading, or damage to the customer experience. Infrastructure and Telephony: A £30M project to upgrade telephony for 1400 restaurants. I wrote and delivered the Business Case to the Board, secured funding and worked with IT leaders to design the solution.Dynamic Yield CMS Integration: A £2.5M project to integrate Dynamic Yield with external signage at drive-thrus. Kiosk Donations: An £80K project to design and deliver a charitable giving function at kiosks across the estate. I balanced requirements to accelerate donations, maintain the integrity of the customer journey and achieve deployment with no interruption to business. The project delivered revenue that significantly exceeded target and savings of 70% against budget forecast. Market Data Analytics Platform: A £1.1M project to enhance the data analytics platform. I led a team to define, shape and plan workstream schedules, the project cost model, budget tracking and productionised the pilot platform.

    I secured numerous contract renewals for a diverse range of Programs, leading and coaching talented and motivated multidisciplinary teamsDigital Portfolio Program. End to end delivery of a £1.2M program to design an overarching Digital Portfolio Roadmap and deliver over 20 projects including global mobile app support, outdoor menu boards and scan at POS. Cashless Payments/Compliance. I managed an end to end £21.7M, 5-year program to design and deploy a P2PE certified cashless payments solution which removed extensive scope for PCI-DSS. Meticulous deployment with minimal business disruption was vital to the success of this program. The rollout was achieved by careful selection, management and communication with restaurant owners and 3rd party engineers, which reduced deployment from 4 months to 8 weeks. Internal Digital Signage: I was asked to recover a failing £14.7M digital signage project. I turned the project around in 2 months by addressing solution design issues and reinvigorating a somewhat demoralised team. I also negotiated a new managed service contract that reduced support costs from c.£3K per call to £33 per month per restaurant. Infrastructure/Business Continuity: A £11.9M program to create and deploy a virtual dual server solution with GAD and RTPaaS migrations.
