-Researching, identifying and recruiting new affiliate partnerships-Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact.-Making analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward/to ensure KPIs are being met.-Conducting marketplace reviews to keep client/s informed on competitive promotions, payouts and opportunities. -Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs (deal negotiation, reporting tracking, offer setup information) -Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

- Providing sales and administrative duties- Arranging hotel site inspection, preparing proposals and contracts.- Inputting new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database- Preparing weekly, monthly sales analysis instructed by the Director of Sales.- Consolidating reports in e-format, storing all financial and sales-related data.- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable- Liaising and coordinating with internal departments (HR, Finance, Front Desk) for productivity working.

- Ensuring all correspondences, faxes and electronic mail to be promptly replied 24 hours- Assisting with any discrepancies encountered by Hotel’s front desk- Ensuring all Group rooming list are entered promptly and accurately, releasing any unused rooms back to Hotel’s inventory- Checking daily arrivals to ensure all reservations entries are complete and accurate

- Welcome and escort the guest to the tables.- Receive and record dining reservations on the telephone or directly.- Provide expertise reports for daily work
