Responsible for supporting seven sub-portfolio’s and eight regions, which include Revenue Cycle IT Mega Program; the Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs sub-portfolio; and the KP Intranet sub-portfolio, Quality & Care Delivery Excellence and Community Benefit, Research, and Health Policy business areas. Provide governance and oversight to all projects within the sub-portfolio’s and serves as the conduit for providing executive status and integrated financial reporting to leadership. Work directly with project and program managers by providing operational support and guidance while facilitating cross-regional cooperation and leveraging IT resources across the Kaiser Permanente (KP) national portfolio. The Technical team provides the framework to ensure that projects are given the oversight and attention necessary to realize a successful development, implementation and deployment, so that the organization can effectively implement its strategies and achieve its objectives.Essential Functions:• Monitor, reports, and supports productivity improvements for all of the delivery teams. These may include SDLC or tool improvements, data transparency (dashboarding) for the delivery teams, or other requests that come directly from leadership as potential opportunities.• Responsible for the Portfolio Management, and providing day to day guidance to the RPM/ABC Id Portfolio Manager• Support the development, analysis, and reporting across sub-portfolios for the specialty exception based monthly meetings including: Finance, Quality, and Delivery, as well as the CS Transformation Meetings.• Manage all demand reporting and skill set forecasting analysis for core and investment budgets.

Responsible for Import Coordination, forecasting and analyzing demand patterns, product replenishment and deployment, performance reporting and resolving inventory discrepancies. Manage communication and documentation between factories and freight forwarders on all Import related issues. Established optimal order quantities, inventory targets and turns objectives by analyzing strategic business plans and other market trends. Quantify and incorporate account strategies and production constraints in forecast. Present assumptions and rationale for forecast changes to Management. Identify risk and opportunities and analyze forecast performance. Additional responsibilities included weekly preparation and distribution of Sales Reports for Stationery, Automotive and Electronics. Review Weekly Sales and analyze results pinpointing causes for decreased/increased in sales margins. Prepare sales reports for Stationery vendors using specific item lists. Compose, review and analyze ad-hoc reports for Category Managers and Vendors as needed.

Develop sales and inventory projections for Men Pants Seasonal and Core businesses. Work closely with Brand Management and Product Management to ensure brand strategies, business plans and other market trends were incorporated in forecast. Quantify and incorporate account strategies, and production constraints using both qualitative and quantitative information. Present assumptions and rationale for forecast changes to all levels of business partners. Identified risks and opportunities and analyze forecast performance. Analyze lead-times to quantify inventory strategies required to meet customer service targets. Provide size level analysis for all Core and Seasonal Men’s Dockers brand categories to assist Brand Management meet and exceed customer service targets. Key member in monthly Consensus process.

Supervised four Product Demand Analysts. Developed and implemented plans to balance inventory costs and customer service goals within an $800 million Supply Chain organization across 4,000 SKU's. Responsible for forecasting demand, analyzing movement patterns, product deployment, performance reporting and resolving inventory discrepancies. Set optimal order quantities, inventory targets and turns objectives with purchasing and logistics managers. Coordinated production scheduling, material requirements and finished good inventory throughout the US. Key participant in Product Planning and "Sales and Operations planning" process.
