Managing the scanning of the application forms, organization and coordination of the interview with the candidates and the respective managers, keeping records of all conducted interviews, shortlisting, giving proposals for hiring. Preparation and distribution of the job offers to the selected candidates, keeping in line the proposed salaries within the budgeted ranges. Providing support to the Payroll for the on-boarding process of the employees (Incl. foreign applicants). Preparing summarized information and key figures for the current recruitment activities.Development, promotion and follow-up of different University programs – internship, scholarship, etc.Establishment of the recruitment procedure, instructions for the personal evaluation and Round tables preparation, definition and summary of the training necessity and recording, other HR processes.

Working together with the HR Manager for the development and improvement of the HR internal policies, processes and procedures according the Yazaki European strategies and guidelines and the national labor low; assurance of their follow-up, implementation and maintenance. Responsible for the recruitment process, including: monitoring the system of job descriptions and personal specifications, preparation and follow-up of the Hiring & Training plans vs. the production needs, controlling the process for the job adverts, organizing and executing the checking of application forms, interviews with candidates, shortlisting. Support for the top and middle management in the candidates’ selection process.Management of the personal evaluation, succession planning and training necessity process with the department managers. Summary, analysis and presentation of the key information for recruitment, turnover and absenteeism trends. Support the HR Manager in solving the employees‘ issues and external relations with the outsourcing companies.

Collect and analyze all kind of data necessary (incl. internal and customer drawings) to calculate the cost and the price of the products. Calculate the financial impact of design, quality and engineering changes to the internal costs and the customer prices. Price improvements.

Organization of the General Manager’s meetings and schedules, assistance for his correspondence, documentation and presentations. Preparation and organization of the internal and external company official correspondence.
