• Carry out sales activity including: generating leads, researching prospects, coordinating mailshots and making proactive calls to prospect clients.• Attend meetings with both existing and new clients to manage relationship.• Effectively manage client relationships to build long-term partnerships.• Manage sales, pricing and costs to build the profitability of the assigned or won projects.• Identify and use the right sourcing channels to proactively approach suitable candidates for the assigned clients.• Prepare and manage job postings for multiple job boards, as well as utilizing social media for advertisement purposes.• Use/pre-screen all sourcing channels (job boards, candidate-tracking system, social media, professional network, etc.) to identify and contact suitable candidates.• Perform phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment to enable the best possible job matching.• Present to clients short-list of candidates who meet their requirements. Make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview details.• Assist in issuing invoices and collecting of payments.
