Having gone from an array of services with Day 3 Creations, I boiled it all down and focused purely on voiceover work and have been ever since. Whilst managing and running FlyVoiceovers.com, I also maintain and run my own voiceover and audio business (Rosko Lewis British Voiceover) providing media creators, app and game developers, and other such project makers with voiceover services.

The launch of Day 3 Creations was the start of life as a freelancer. Under the Day 3 banner I provided marketing products and business development support to a number of businesses local to me and for some time continued to support Anderida Adolescent Care as well as other companies in the same child care industry, including Springfield Road Children's Homes and Calcot Services for Children. Day 3 Creations was a self-styled 'Swiss Army Knife of Creative Services' and I began developing my audio and voiceover client base and ventured beyond child care connections; supporting local shops, restaurants and a more diverse client base in need of design support and marketing.Day 3 Creations provided print media, copy writing, branding and design, online marketing and SEO, website design, strategic marketing, photography, video, internal company systems, voiceover work, audio production and more.

Driven by a desire to help young people in need of guidance, I joined Anderida to work positively with the young people in their care. Typically, they would have experienced significant trauma and abuse and the Project Workers there are vital to their personal development and future growth. My ability to understand, empathise, set and maintain boundaries, motivate, encourage, support and be part of a strong dynamic team offering the stability and safety so desperately needed by the young people was vital and I was a highly valued member of the team. My role soon fell outside of youth work as my experience in prior roles saw me develop Anderida's business model and go to work on branding and marketing the organisation filling a large array of roles Anderida needed at the time - including sales, digital design, website design, promotions and PR, recruitment, social media, photography and video work, copywriting, the creation of in-house staff and young person development and reward systems as well as organising all manner of events. I was named Anderida's first ever Employee of the Year in 2008 by the Directorship. My ten years at Anderida saw me develop on a number of levels and gave me the opportunity to explore a wealth of avenues both professionally and personally.
