MY RESPONSIBILITIES- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies with responsibility of ~50M EUR purchase annual budget - Leading most critical strategic negotiations with suppliers of goods, material, ingredients and services on group level- Reporting directly to CEO- Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded- Leading price and contract terms negotiations- Resolve supplier grievances and claims against suppliers- Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality-lead the team of category managers and strategic sourcers

Includes market research, RFX, price+contract negotiations -Responsibility of procurement on motorway R2 Ruskovce - Pravotice project (material + subcontractors procurement). Project +85M EUR-Management of more than 100 supplier-Negotiation of prices and conditions of final frame contracts-Direct projects purchasing activities management with teams on sites (different sites cross the country)-Supplier yearly performance evaluation- Participation on creation purchasing strategies and company policies and processes- Internal trainer for procurement principles, rules for key people from organisation- E-auction PROebiz user
