• Exposure to and learning of the Instrumentation Sales Coordination, along with other administration jobs• Preparation of costing/quotes with bank guarantee arrangements in line with required terms and conditions• Processing of all Instrumentation orders on Principals within the time frame, Order confirmation on Principals• Technical and commercial review along with follow up of all Order Acknowledgements• Coordinating between KOC/KNPC and manufacturers on approval process at KOC & KNPC and maintaining updated report on the same for all Instrumentation Principals• Principal Wise data base for all orders secured for our Instrumentation Principals, enabling Sales to obtain the updated data as reference for future business opportunities, Monthly Reporting (updating order status) to provide an overview of jobs secured, lost, opportunities generated and revenue expected or secured• Timely Reporting done on Monthly Basis, thus ensuring that we update the Principals on monthly basis about various quotes, projects, EPC contracts etc.• Debtors control for Instrumentation Principals to ensure payments are obtained from Customers as per credit terms• Principal -wise data base for all orders secured for our Instrumentation Principals, enabling Sales / HOD to obtain the updated database which also is useful for future reference• Weekly Reporting to superior clearly explaining work carried out over the week
