Rosli has more than 30 years of experience cumulatively in the IT/Telco industry. He started his career in 1988 as an Analyst at Wyoming Water Research in the United States and later joined IBM/Mesiniaga back in Kuala Lumpur in 1990 as a System Engineer & Business Rep. In 1995, he ran his own telco network engineering company Symmetrix Technology, and later served as the Intelligent Building Consultant for the Putrajaya Corporation HQ project in 2001 with Lattis Network. In 2005, he was appointed the COO of ICT Division in Rhythm Consolidated Bhd; and later joined JARING Communications as the GM Sales & Marketing in 2011. He joined ALTEL as the Vice President of Sales in December 2012 for 5 years; and later in 2018, joined the MB Inc Selangor team as the Marketing Director in one of the MBI 100% subsidiaries, Smartsel Sdn Bhd. Throughout his career he has been successfully rolling out business units, and managing sales of several mega projects specially relating to the IT & telco network infrastructure and enterprise solutions across the government and corporate market segments. The past 10 years (2010-2020) have seen him delved more into the demanding corporate strategy & marketing in the telco and IoT/Smartcity infrastructure industry. But recently (since 2020) during the pandemic period, he took a 180-degree turn in his industry specialisation, and managed to successfully rolled-out his own chain of artisan bakery cafes (F&B Retail development) focusing only in baking and selling cinnamon rolls. In a short 2-years span, he rolled out 17 outlets within the Klang Valley, with cumulative RM 10 mil revenue just by selling cinnamon rolls!Rosli is a dynamic person with a certain liking in taking up new challenges and always excels in his work even under extreme pressure.
