Training Design and Delivery (Sales, Customer Service, Leadership & Development), Employee Development, Quality Assurance, Call Observations, Field Training, Corporate Office, TelecommuteEssential Duties and Responsibilities:•Assists in updating programs based on needs and research results to improve employee performance and productivity that can readily be assessed by supervisors and employees.•Assists in researching, designing and creating course content, lesson plans, audio/visual aids, test criteria, handouts, learning aids and evaluation/measurement tools; ensures the effectiveness of all related training materials, including procedures, manuals, handouts, etc.•Schedules, arranges and delivers training programs to adhere to appropriate time constraints and company expectations.•Assists in the design and implementation of employee development programs.•Takes action on class participant or department leadership feedback to ensure the integrity of all training activities.•Helps to ensure the effectiveness of all related training materials including procedures, manuals, handouts, etc.•Assists with maintaining the training records and diagnosing individual training deficiencies and needs to allow for the evaluation of any employee's skills as related to functions performed.•Works with formal/informal project teams to develop training in support of new projects, attends team meetings, participates on user acceptance testing teams, and documents system requirements, as needed.•Helps to ensure new product offerings and promotional activities of the company are supported through timely training.•Provides coaching and mentoring to store employees in support of professional development goals. Provides feedback to both employee and various levels of management on progress of individuals as necessary or required
