I became a licensee at the age of 21 through Walker & Lee in Orange County. After I moved to San Diego County, I worked, for many years, as an Agent with large brokerages... Coldwell Banker and Realty Executives, where I focused mainly on residential re-sales with a minor interest in multi family and commercial. I became a Broker in about 2000, and since then have built an investment portfolio through an exhaustive search of west coast properties to find highly motivated sellers of properties that, I felt, had significant potential through redesign of the facilities to increase aesthetics and desirability, and thus perceived value, thereby realizing significant profit. Lately, I have come to focus largely on Investment property: multi family mainly, though I still do Residential, short sales and foreclosures. Redesigning remains a focus.Specialties: I am a life-long artist working in diverse media. Sculpting media - lost wax to bronze, stone & clay. Flat work in Charcoal, colored pencil, oil, acrylic and pastel. Faux finishes to walls. Redesign room configurations for houses and other buildings to enhance flow and improve aesthetics, and thus increase value. I also enjoy "staging" property to show off its best assets.
