I am a PSU alumni with a bachelor's in Communications and Liberal studies. I currently work in home care and would like to further develop my skills and achievements from college where I excelled in formal writing and strong analysis skills. Most of my professional experience has involved records management, report generation, and quality assurance. I consider my strongest skills to be precision, problem solving, verbal/written communication, attention to detail, and multitasking. In previous positions I've been able to see the impact of my work as a consistent and dependable member of the team, as well as my ability to notice, report, document, and offer suggestions for any mistakes found within the data set I was working with. I felt especially impactful within my work at De Paul Treatment Centers as a Client Records Specialist, where I was assigned to lead the creation of the organization's weekly client chart reviews in which I was correcting errors as needed and developed a documentation process for the weekly chart audits. My efforts in this project led to a decrease in chart errors and greatly improved the integrity of the organization's client records system. I hope to continue doing similar work that is valuable to the organization and population being served.
