FEAS is an association of member stock exchanges and affiliate member central depositories in southeast Europe, Central and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Pakistan; integral in constructing capital markets in emerging economies and empowering governments with little experience in capital market development to make available alternative forms of financing necessary thus promoting economic growth. Operational Activities:*Co-Founding Director*Developed financial models and databse to provide analysis of regional consolidated market statistics and individual market profiles. *Provided data and coordinated production of monthly, quarterly, and annual publications (available at www.feas.org).*Managed the FEAS Secretariat finances, personnel, and facilities. *Co-chaired and coordinated international conferences and meetings (annual general, working committee, and board meetings). Served as a contributor to industry-leading publications, including the Handbook of World Stock Exchanges. *Participated on International panels representing the emerging markets within the FEAS region.Key Achievements:*Developed regional membership, driving significant growth during tenure. *Partnered with Committees to direct the creation of the FEAS Data Center, the first international standardized database of regional traded companies providing data-driven insights and market statistics.*Cultivated strategic partnerships with key organizations, including OECD, World Federation, ISSA, IASB, and World Bank, cementing FEAS as a recognized player on the international stage.*Negotiated to secure lucrative sponsors, including major companies like Hewlett Packard, to fund FEAS activities.*Compiled a comprehensive handbook of analytical reports, including regional stock exchange operational finance performance analysis within the region, international comparisons and regional trading practices.
