Currently engaged through Earth Active Ltd. on Saudi Arabia's NEOM project advising on IFC Performance Standard 1 and the implementation of environmental management systems across the NEOM Region.With Remeody and a team of specialist environmental, social and economic consultants Robert project managed and delivered a study in 2023 examining the resilience of communities to climate change. The study, which was facilitated, reported and published by the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining on behalf of the US State Department Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement was conducted over the course of nine months and investigated the resilience of communities to climate change in Vietnam, Azerbaijan, Kosovo, Colombia, Somaliland and Yemen, as well as case studies in Palau and Zimbabwe.For IEMS, and previously Five Oceans Environmental Services FZ LLC, Robert delivers consulting services to onshore and off-shore oil and gas exploration and production, with a focus on ESHIA and the design and implementation EMS. Clients include oil and gas majors and minors in the Sultanate of Oman, UAE, Iraq, Kurdistan and Yemen.In 2011 Robert established INVICTA, a collaboration of expert, independent consulting companies and individuals to provide a turn-key solution for environmental, social, security and response planning services for the MENA region's oil & gas industry. In parallel to INVICTA, Robert developed iEMS© - an intranet based framework to assist companies with engaging their staff and contractors in environmental management. Invicta EMS Ltd., UK was registered in 2016 and a year later Shaheen IEMS LLC was registered in Oman.

Shaheen IEMS LLC is the Oman registration for Invicta EMS. Both Shaheen and Invicta are registered with Oman's JSRS.
