My current role with Avon covers a number of projects that impact the end user, the Representative and Sales Leader. I provide knowledge and insight as to how to provide training to all Field users on any changes to their business and processes.

Providing training for all field sales users (employed and self employed) via online and printed version. Facilitating in-house and face-to-face training courses.
