• OPEX/CAPEX forecast and oversight on all aspects of acquisition costs, rentsand collocation license fees.• Management of all zone telecom projects, including all external contractors.• Documentation process improvement and national online deposit and trackingreal estate documentation (FMLS) real estate ambassador.• Real Estate zone lead for all landlord, government, including Industry Canada,utility and private issues.• Instrumental in rebranding and repurposing existing Bell assets, Bell ownedutility poles and phones booths into microcell solutions, along with co-lead withGIS mapping systems into creating and merging multiple databases for newmicrocell technology purposes, along with negotiating new and revised joint useagreements with utility companies and municipal access agreements.• Review and oversight of all zone legal documentation, interaction with internaland outside legal and environmental firms.• Responsible for all zone planned and funded telecom acquisition deliverables,renewals, overlay projects, purchase of outside 3rd telecom assets andstructures, OPEX reductions initiatives.

• Co-developed a new department within the international company whichmanaged a national team of planners and telecom site acquisition specialistslong with assisting in expanding additional company services to our telecomexternal clients.• National oversight of such clients as Bell Mobility and Wind Mobile.• Instrumental in developing a national GIS mapping and SharePoint system,Site Acquisition process and real estate documentation templates.• Training of staff with all aspects of telecom acquisition and land use protocols,including Industry Canada default process.• Interaction with various levels of government, including Industry Canada andother Land Use Authorities, presentation at public and council meetings.• Industry rental studies for existing clients.
