· Co-led and directed 15-20 employees in daily operations/procedures for the IMAX theater, channeling consistency and efficiency at all levels of the team. · Created all in-person marketing and signage for the department, changing them for seasonal/schedule/film changes to improve customer retention and differentiate our customer experience from competitors.· Trained new hires in all departmental and customer service polices, maximizing the guest experience and improving ticket sales revenue.· Coordinated IMAX film schedules through the design and implementation of film, trailer, and marketing playlists on a daily basis, balancing advertising needs across department, company, and brand partners.
