I have a wealth of experience working within the realms of Primary, Urgent and Emergency Care across all consultation modalities including remote assessment and in a face to face capacity either in the clinic or in the patients own home. I have also developed a special interest in cardiovascular health and have led on delivering annual reviews in this area, moving into chronic disease management.I have experience of successfully managing both primary and urgent care based teams, offering the full array of HR functions including annual appraisals, performance reviews, disciplinary proceedings and sickness reviews. My management experience has also seen me undertake quality and service improvement projects, whilst also offering day to day clinical supervision for my team.As a manager and clinical leader I aim to have an open door policy, where staff feel free and able to make suggestions to improving the services we deliver and offer.
