As Head of Private Funds & Accounts, oversee a team of attorneys and paralegals responsible for all aspects of legal support related to AQR’s institutional investors and clients. Responsibilities include fund formation and negotiation of side letters, investment management agreements for separately managed accounts, and identifying and socializing within the firm various statutory investment restrictions, regulatory compliance and reporting obligations, and other legal requirements with respect to doing business across a global institutional investor base.
