Experienced in Leadership and the Defence Industry. Extensive field and operational experience, including remote locations, provides me unique insights into Capability Development and Operations Management, that cross all disciplines, and is superior to peers. I am a Certified Professional Hydrographic Surveyor with experience planning and managing hydrographic surveys in diverse areas such as critical underkeel navigation areas in the Torres Strait, northern Australia, or Antarctica. Military Surveys conducted vary from precise to rapid activities supporting both National baseline determinations and Amphibious Operations both within war zones and benign areas. The later demonstrates my abilities communicating and managing teams within difficult working environments, safely, yet adapting and refocussing team outputs to those required by the customer to achieve a successful outcomes. As a passionate professional and mariner, I maintain currency across a broad range of technologies and services with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box in developing systems engineering supportable solutions. Implementing out of the box solutions requires communication at all levels and across disciplines to ensure the team remains focussed and motivated through the journey.
