After this the team was broken in two, Team one is responsible for the building off desktops, laptops and loading users software using Microsoft's SCCM. Team 2 is responsible for the physical deployment off the users computers and laptops across the UK and Ireland.

Senior Desktop EngineerCapita Managed It Solutions Aug 2013 - Nov 2014Northern IrelandMy first roll in Capita was a wireless roll out, my duties on this project were to install the wireless routers allocated to each school from box to location and test wifi coverage across the school, Install Cisco switches to accommodate the newly installed wireless routers. Some days this would be done on my own and other larger sites I would have been the lead engineer of a small team of 2/4 people,this lasted approx 6 monthsMy second roll was to assist sites with issues in the 2 weeks after they had there networks upgraded, this involved lots of duty’s from fixing/installing hardware eg. Printer, scanners, computers and laptops. As well as supporting users that where experiencing issues with the move from Windows XP to Windows 7, this lasted approx 6 monthsMy Third roll was a switch roll out, this involved fitting and wiring in a small pre-configured Cisco router and then testing the router was online and could see the sites domain controller and that it could ping a outside IP, this lasted approx 2 months
