RED Inc. is a subcontractor for the Dept. of Energy at the Idaho National Laboratory. Most of my time here was as a technical writer. I worked on procedures, reports, instructions, and some grant proposals and journal article editing/proofing. Many of the documents were managed by document control methods; this includes change control, revision control.

After moving back to Idaho, job hunting was difficult for a time. I eventually got a job with 4U4 LLC and worked there after I started with RED Inc until conflicts with my schedule arose. I mainly ran either the front cashier or drive-thru. Customer service and prep work/cleaning were a main part of my duties.

Yuma, AZ

I worked at the Yuma Proving Grounds (YPG), for 8 years—ending as an Engineering Technician III. I followed the military test items (and their technical manuals, if any) as they went through the testing procedures, documenting all aspects of testing in great detail into an Engineering Component Logbook (handwritten notes) and typed the reports on all test.
