Providing leadership for National Business Development that takes advantage of Mactac's strengths with effective selling tools, promotions and messaging. Products that meet these needs include Sheets, Colored Vinyl, Over-laminates (including anti-microbial), Digital sheet and roll print media, Mounting and bonding adhesive films: markets for these products include point of sale, retail signage, vehicle wraps and museum displays.

Responsible for sales of pressure sensitive adhesive products utilized by the commercial print industry for offset, litho, narrow and wide format digital imaging marketplace. Products are sold direct and through national and regional distribution channels. Acheived President's Club award for achieving sales plan in 2014 (first year of assignment) and 2015. Recognized as the 2015 sales person of the year for the Mactac Distribution Team, receiving the Gold Jacket award.

Developed and executed programs with strategic national accounts to build new business in a cross functional team environment to generate an incremental $5 MM in new business for the company.

Markets for these products include point of sale, retail signage, vehicle wraps and museum displays. Acheived plan and grew sales in a challenging marketplace.

Created the UGlu adhesive product platform and established a new Retail Business effort to grow sales from existing B to B product offering. Product sales reached $10 MM over 5 years and has been placed in over 4000 retail outlets as well as QVC. Patent pending for unique design registered by the Bemis Company. QVC certified for on-air guest host presentations with four segments executed.

Led the marketing and sales effort for a $70 MM commercial segment of the company, achieving sales and margin plan. Sales focused on the OEM, Industrial technical tape converting and medical adhesive marketplace.

Total strategy and execution responsibility for the Industrial, Commercial, OEM and Residential customer base in the Washington, Oregon and Alaska trade areas. Led day-to-day efforts of the 25 person technical sales team located across 5 offices. Key business development growth with target accounts including GE Supply, Grainger, Sasco Electric, Microsoft and Boeing.

Member of the Switchgear leadership team responsible for the definition and execution of the $185 MM GE Switchgear product offering. Developed and executed the commercialiation of new product offerings including the WavePro line of low voltage power circuit breakers, OEM & Industrial low and medium voltage switchgear.
