Senior consultant within boutique advisory business that worked in two areas: facilitating regional market access on behalf of UK companies; designing and delivering private sector development programmes throughout the region for the European Commission and DFID.Achievements included:design and delivery of market access strategies for numerous companies; and project management of the set up and operation of a number of the region's now leading economic development agencies, including CzechInvest (the Czech foreign investment agency), PAIZ (the Polish foreign investment agency), the Estonian Investment Agency and the Lithuanian Development Agency.

This involved monitoring and control of production configurations with the objective of maximising output.
