Based in Chicago, Illinois, Elevated Safety provides rope access and rescue training, as well as at height services and consulting to organizations across a variety of industries. Elevated Safety also provides OSHA compliance training, rope equipment sales and confined space rescue training.Elevated Safety is dedicated to the support and advancement of the rope access industry, promoting working safely at height through the use of professional equipment and modern training and techniques.

The NIPSTA curriculum responds to the public safety educational needs and high professional standards of local government and private industry. Instructors provide training to the operational and technician level training in all technical rescue disciplines; Rope, Trench, Structural Collapse, and Confined Space. All training meets and/or exceeds the OSHA and the Office of the State Fire Marshal requirements as well as the NFPA guidelines. This high level of expertise provided to the students enables them to carry out the training provided with a high level of safety and confidence. NIPSTA supports the training and instruction mission with the newest equipment and with full support of the instructors.

Instructor for technical rescue programs for Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois Technical Rescue Operations include; Confined Space, Vehicle Extrication, Structural Collapse and High Angle-Rope.

Provide technical rescue and hazardous materials training for a variety of clients in accordance with NFPA and OSHA standards.

START Group personnel are trainers of OSHA and Federal regulatory Compliance regarding respiratory use, confined space entry, tunnel collapse, trenching, and fall prevention. START Group personnel are also trainers in traffic incident management, hazardous materials mitigation (including WMD), and mass transit. START Group field staff frequently completes confined space and tunnel standby attendant and rescue work, along with quantitative fit testing. START Group personnel also deliver fire suppression and industrial fire brigade training, along with emergency medical training (first aid, CPR, and AED).As professionals in confined space rescue, START Group personnel have a high level of expertise in OSHA compliance related areas of confined space entry and non‐entry rescue, respirator use, fall protection and prevention, and hazardous materials.
