My primary focus was identifying our customers needs in our retail store. I lead the customer through education on service needs and equipment based solutions. Clear communication with the customer was paramount to help avoid customer churn and establish expectations with the customer that would help achieve a long term positive relationship. Specialized in technical repair of devices later at this position with Sprint. My skills in solution based communication quickly helped me solve the technical issues that a variety of customers might have with their devices in the 3rd busiest retail store in the nation. My interest in continued learned helped me discover repair protocols for various devices before the manufacturer would provide the actual procedure for such devices. This would regularly give our location an edge in solving more problems for our valued customers that other locations couldn’t hope to attain.
