Was the Feed Gas Supply Expert for the project. Consulted with the client about their feed gas plan and created all process flows associated with feed gas.Project Manager / North American Midstream Processor 6/2014 - 3/2016Managed a project to create a new contract charging structure between the Trading and Purchasing branches of the company. Lead the project through the entire implementation phase; information gathering, creating design documents, and status reporting directly to the client’s management group. Successfully went live on time, despite the mandated, aggressive timeline.North American Midstream Processor 4/2015-6/2015Completed activities related to incorporating as an MLP. Configured and customized Quorum TIPS system to facilitate new business activities. Created functional documents for Quorum resources to make technical changes. North American Midstream Processor 1/2015-3/2015Company PMO Implementation Created the documentation and processes to be used for PMO activities. Coordinated with the client to customize the PMO process to fit their current needs.
