I teach various groups each week with younger students aged from 5 to 16 years of age and I also coach adults who wish to improve their technique or who have decided to take up swimming in later life. The classes range in size from private one on one coaching to up to twenty five pupils. Special Needs Swimming TeacherI teach special needs children with Autism and Down syndrome on a one to one basis. I also volunteer to work with a Special Olympics swimming team every Sunday.

I spent 6 months with Xsellco working for the most part in a tech support role. It is a fast-growing dynamic company and I had to learn their software offerings rapidly. My role was dealing with customer’s technical queries by phone and also communicating via email and messenger. I worked closely with the software development team and had the opportunity to gain an insight into their role in the business.

I was taken on as a junior sales intern and after 6 months of Xerox sales training I was made an account manager for South Dublin. My job entailed finding new customers while servicing and retaining existing customers customers. During this period I learned key aspects of sales and customer relations and also learned how managed print services work. I worked on projects where we had strict deadlines and had to install many printers as part of a managed print service.
