Negotiate lease and site acquisition with commercial and private landlords, Utility companies and Governmental Agencies. Managing leases, lease review, responsible for tracking milestones and lease compliance, review of CD's, preliminary title, positive / negative cash flow projects. Perform financial analysis as needed on various M&A initiatives.Coordinate with outside vendors and perform internal review to ensure the projects and transaction is clean to close from an environmental, regulatory, real estate and legal perspective.
