I am currently in the role of System Analyst for Fenwick within it's IT team. My work covers all 9 stores nationally and it's digital platform. My role is to be the owner of best practice and process integrity across the D365 system and auxiliary systems such as Range Plan, HHT's and PowerApps.The following are some key accountabilities and responsibilities for my role:- Support the super-users and teams in using Dynamics D365 correctly to ensure data quality is met.- Logging and following up on functionality issues and potential improvements and change requests.- Adherence to change control protocols.- Maintaining user guides and other user resources.- Liaise with wider teams within Buying and Merchandise, Trade and Retail to understand any issues.- Running reports to test the quality of the data.- Using Business Intelligence tools to extract and analyse data.
